I’m a results-driven operations and maintenance leader with a career built on improving how facilities run, how teams perform, and how systems deliver value. Over the years, I’ve progressed from hands-on maintenance management into engineering leadership and ultimately plant management—giving me a practical, end-to-end understanding of what it takes to keep complex operations running efficiently, safely, and profitably.
My background is grounded in real-world experience. I’ve led maintenance teams responsible for uptime in demanding production environments, developed and implemented preventive maintenance (PM) programs that reduce downtime and extend asset life, and worked closely with engineering teams to solve systemic problems, not just temporary fixes. As an engineering manager, I focused on process improvement, capital projects, and bridging the gap between technical solutions and operational realities. Most recently, as a plant manager, I’ve taken on full operational responsibility, aligning maintenance, engineering, production, and business goals into a single, cohesive strategy.
Through every role, one thing has remained constant: a focus on building systems that work, and teams that can sustain them.
Today, I bring that experience into my consulting practice, where I help organizations strengthen their operations without overcomplicating them. My approach is practical, data-informed, and tailored to each client’s unique environment. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Relocating or expanding operations is complex and high-risk. I support businesses through planning, coordination, and execution, helping ensure continuity, minimize downtime, and avoid costly missteps.

Having operated at the plant level, I understand the pressures of balancing performance, cost, and people. I work with leadership teams to align maintenance and engineering efforts with broader business objectives.

I’ve been on the floor managing breakdowns, in meetings justifying capital investments, and responsible for delivering results across entire operations. That perspective allows me to offer solutions that are not only effective on paper, but also realistic in practice.
